The vendors that process information from the ClearStars website on our behalf, and what each of them receives.
What this page is
A vendor that processes personal information on our behalf is a subprocessor. This page lists the ones involved in the clearstars.ai website, so you can see who touches what before you decide to send us anything.
Each is bound by contract to use what it receives only to provide its service to us. All process data in the United States.
This list covers the website. Subprocessors engaged for a specific customer engagement are disclosed in that engagement, not here.

Changes to this list
We will update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing, or as soon as practicable afterwards where a change is outside our control. If you have a signed agreement with us that includes a notification or objection right, that agreement governs and this page does not reduce it.

Data Processing Addendum
Enterprise customers and prospects may request our Data Processing Addendum. It covers the processing we do under a signed agreement, which is a different and larger question than this website.
Where an engagement puts protected health information in scope, a Business Associate Agreement is executed as part of that engagement. Note that our public products are built so that some of them never place PHI in scope at all, in which case there is no BAA to negotiate because there is nothing for it to cover. Which applies depends on what you are buying, and we will tell you plainly which one you are in.
